1:1 sessions and family group sessions are now face to face or online. Group classes in the Skipton studio are now running face to face with a virtual link via Zoom. Places in class are still limited to 12 people so you will always receive the same personal care and corrections that you would in a live class. Classes in Barnoldswick are face to face only.
