1:1 sessions and family group sessions are now face to face or online. Group classes in the Skipton studio are now running face to face with a virtual link via Zoom to most classes. Places in class are still limited to 12 people so you will always receive the same personal care and corrections that you would in a live class. Classes in Barnoldswick are face to face only.
