If you're new to Rachel Luxon Pilates, an Initial Assessment is where we start. It's a one-to-one session with Rachel, a chance for her to understand your body, your health history, and what you're hoping to achieve, before recommending the right class or programme for you.
Fill in the form and Rachel will be in touch within 48 hours to confirm a time.
Sessions are primarily available Monday and Wednesday, though Tuesday and Thursday slots are occasionally possible — just let us know your preference in the message box.
