IMPORTANT
For those that are new to Pilates it is advisable to have an initial one-to-one assessment before joining a class situation. This is a great taster session and good introduction to Pilates. You will learn a little background into Pilates and how it can help you and your body. We will assess your posture, go through medical history and look at some basic principles of breathing, alignment and centring. We’ll also discuss the most suitable route of progression for your needs. This assessment is essential for anyone recommended to take up Pilates by a medical professional.

Private tuition and smaller groups also available for those wanting a tailored individual programme or wanting to progress at a quicker rate.
INITIAL ASSESSMENT TO JOIN CLASS
One-to-one : 1 hour 30 mins – £45
Two-to-one : 1 hour 30 mins – £60
PRIVATE SESSIONS
One-to-one: 1 hour – £45
Two-to-one: 1 hour – £30 per person
Three-to-one: 1 hour – £27.50 per person
Block bookings of 4 weeks – Use the four sessions within 6 weeks
HIP PILATES

Take your Pilates to a more dynamic level by incorporating a High Intensity Power Pilates workout! High Intensity, choreographed movements incorporating advanced level classic mat work. Still concentrating on all the principles of Pilates: Correct alignment, good use of centring, breathing, control, concentration, co-ordination, flowing movements and stamina. GROUP CLASSES

Classes are limited to twelve people which means that you get constant supervision in a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere They last an hour. They range in ability with Beginners, Improvers and Intermediate levels.

EQUINE PILATES

Equine Pilates can improve your posture and alignment in the saddle so that you can give clear and subtle aids to your horse. This in turn improves your connection and relationship with the horse both in and out of the saddle. Focus is given to alignment, working on the deep postural muscles to improve core strength, keeping a flexible spine so that you can move freely with your horse and most importantly, to developing body awareness.
