Class Timetable

Classes are limited to 12 people.  Each session lasts 1 hour.

Current Block:
3 Week block commencing Tuesday 17th August.

Next Blocks:
6 week block commencing Tuesday 14th September.

7 Week block commencing Tuesday 2nd November.
Please note, face to face classes have now recommenced in Skipton and Barnoldswick.  Class numbers are still small and at the studio in Skipton some classes run with a Zoom rota in place. This means, the majority of those classes are face to face with the occasional class attended via Zoom or by receiving a recording of the class.  You are also able to attend solely via Zoom to these classes should you wish.  1:1’s and private group sessions are face to face in the Studio or online. 

 

Beginners: New to Pilates  / Improvers: Basic knowledge of Pilates  / Intermediate: Good understanding of Pilates / Pilates for Life: mixed ability focussing on functional movement for everyday life / HIP High Intensity Power Pilates – Aerobic workout focussing on principles of Pilates / Sports and Equestrian: a more intermediate level class which focusses on posture and symmetry and taking that knowledge towards chosen sports and to improve your riding and communication with the horse.
