Class Timetable

Classes are limited to 12 people.  Each session lasts 1 hour.

Current Block:
7 Week block commencing Tuesday 8th June.
Please note, face to face classes have now recommenced in Skipton and Barnoldswick.  Due to social distancing rules, classes at the studio in Skipton run with a Zoom rota in place until restrictions lift.  This means, the majority of your classes are face to face with the occasional class attended via Zoom or by receiving a recording of the class.  You are also able to attend solely via Zoom to these classes should you wish.  1:1’s and family group sessions are face to face in the Studio or online. 

 

Beginners: New to Pilates  / Improvers: Basic knowledge of Pilates  / Intermediate: Good understanding of Pilates / Pilates for Life: mixed ability focussing on functional movement for everyday life / HIP High Intensity Power Pilates – Aerobic workout focussing on principles of Pilates
