Class Timetable

Classes are limited to 12 people.  Each session lasts 1 hour.

5 Week Block commencing 26th April 2022

Next Block:
7 Week Block commencing 7th June 2022

As a BCP teacher, class numbers are always limited to 12 maximum, this ensures you get personal supervision, corrections and that any questions or queries can be answered in class.   Some classes are in person only, other classes have a virtual link where you can join via Zoom.  1:1 and Private small group sessions can be face to face or via Zoom.

 

Beginners: New to Pilates  / Improvers: Basic knowledge of Pilates  / Intermediate: Good understanding of Pilates / Pilates for Life: mixed ability focussing on functional movement for everyday life / HIP High Intensity Power Pilates – Aerobic workout focussing on principles of Pilates / Sports and Equestrian: a more intermediate level class which focusses on posture and symmetry and taking that knowledge towards chosen sports and to improve your riding and communication with the horse.
