HIGH INTENSITY POWER PILATES
Take your Pilates to a more dynamic level by incorporating a high intensity workout. Still concentrating on all the principles of Pilates: Correct alignment, good use of centring, breathing, control, concentration, Co ordination, flowing movements and stamina. HIP adds an aerobic High Intensity element to your Pilates workout. It will raise your heart rate, improving cardiovascular health, it is good for bone health as it uses light weights. Great for balance with a lot more standing work it focuses on strengthening those functional movement patterns that we use daily for walking, sitting, lifting etc.
The HIP workouts are fun and dynamic with choreographed movements that flow into each other. Originally for fit, uninjured clients it can also be modified so it is good for older clients or those less fit but wanting to increase their fitness levels.
