Terms & Conditions
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Rachel Luxon Pilates typically delivers 40-42 lessons per year for each class, based around school term times. If you miss a lesson, you will be offered a video recording of this or a similar level lesson to do at home in your own time. The payment plan is priced at the equivalent of between 40-42 classes a year at £11 per class. You are welcome to catch-up any missed classes with a video but please don’t ask for a discount if you go on holiday during term time. Please don’t suspend your payment over the holidays – The number of lessons delivered each month varies, but the price is spread evenly throughout the year. If you wish to discontinue your classes, please give me at least two week’s notice.
Please contact me for payment details.
Bookings for private one-to-one sessions or initial assessment may be cancelled by phone or email up to 24 hours prior to the start of the session. Any cancellations after this time will be charged at the full rate.
If you no longer wish to attend your classes, please give me at least two weeks notice before your next monthly payment is due.
Due to Covid-19, I am keeping most classes in the safety of their own ‘bubble’. Live classes are also smaller due to social distancing regulations. I am therefore no longer able to offer catch up sessions. If you miss a lesson, you will be offered a video recording of that lesson or one similar to do at home in your own time. This will be available for one week. Missed classes cannot be refunded or carried forward to the next block.
By attending classes with Rachel Luxon Pilates you are providing your consent to the possibility of appearing on the class video recordings. These recordings will be distributed to class attendees only and will not be available to the general public.

You must ensure that you are working in a safe environment and that you are able to clearly see and/or hear your teacher in order to follow instructions.
