BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Classes run in five, six or seven-week progressive blocks. Payment for the full block must be paid a week before the ﬁrst class of the block. This payment is non-refundable. Please contact me for payment details. For those who prefer to pay by cash or by cheque, you can do this on the first session if you have advised me beforehand.
Bookings for private one-to-one sessions or initial assessment may be cancelled by phone or email up to 24 hours prior to the start of the session. Any cancellations after this time will be charged at the full rate.
Block bookings can be cancelled up to one week before the first class of the block. After this time, payment is non refundable.
If for any reason you miss one or more of your classes then you have the option to attend a class on a different day at any point during the block providing space is available. Please give at least two hours notice of cancellation to allow someone else to use your place as their catch-up. Missed classes cannot be refunded or carried forward to the next block.
A client enrolment form must be completed and signed before your first class. All medical conditions must be notified upon enrolment. Please let me know of any changes to your contact or medical details so that I can update your form accordingly.
Your enrolment form and contact details will only be used in direct relation to my Pilates classes and private sessions. They are kept securely and will never be passed onto third parties. I only use the information you have provided for teaching purposes.
Before starting a new exercise regime, it is your sole responsibility to check with your GP or medical practitioner about your suitability to undertake such exercise.
OTHER THINGS TO CONSIDER
Body Control Pilates is a safe form of exercise, but please understand that any form of exercise carries a risk of injury and you will take responsibility for your own body. Please tell me if anything painful or unusual is experienced during or in between classes. Stop doing the exercise if you think you need to or follow the alternatives that I provide.
If you are struggling with anything in your class or you experience a change in circumstances which stop you from attending classes, please do contact me by phone or email. I am more than happy to discuss matters and help out where I can.
Mobile phones must be switched off or on aeroplane mode during the class.
Socks must be worn at all times.
Out of consideration for other clients, please do not attend class if you are ill. I will do my best to fit you in to another class when you are feeling better.
